Family owned and operated catering company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality products and best quality service. Starting out with grandma's barbecue sauce recipe, we moved in to competeition barbecue. Over a decade competing in KCBS, SCA, IBCA, and other competitions have allowed us to develop our recipies and methods. We have won many awards over the years and absolutely love sharing those flavors with our clients.
